Direct Sourcing Network

Kagera is our largest sourcing base. Beacon Heights works directly with 20+ primary societies and estates across Kagera to source washed + natural Robusta and Hard Bean Arabica. Our field team oversees post-harvest handling and bulk preparation for export. We ship 500-700MT annually from Kagera.

Kagera is Beacon Heights’ largest sourcing base. Our field team works year-round with 20+ registered AMCOS and 6 private estates. We’re on the ground during harvest to advise on picking, pulping, and drying to reduce defects. All coffee is delivered to our  warehouse in Karagwe and Kyerwa for aggregation, re-conditioning, and trucking to Dar es Salaam.
